About

In 2010 we launched this blog on the ever-auspicious April Fools Day… with just a few exceptions we’ve posted 2 pieces per week for the past year. We wanted to see if it was possible for us to consistently produce satirical graphic images while maintaining other life challenges. (God knows that there is abundant material from which to draw inspiration!) Previously we satisfied ourselves with contributing to other blogs and web-sites, and with the occasional rude poster on various bulletin boards.
Even though the blog doesn’t get zillions of hits, it appears  that we do have a fairly consistent number of return visitors and it’s especially gratifying to see that some of you are visiting from places I have only dreamed of visiting in person.
So, thanks to you for visiting the blog and please pass the word to any of your friends who you think might enjoy what we have going here.

Perspective is in the eye of the beholder.

“The long memory is the most radical idea in this country. It is the loss of that long memory which deprives our people of that connective flow of thoughts and events that clarifies our vision, not of where we’re going, but where we want to go.” – U. Utah Phillips
